DOS Navigator File Manager Now on Free Pascal

A port of the file manager DOS Navigator has been prepared, converted for assembly using the Free Pascal compiler. The current supported builds are for DOS and Linux. The port includes functionalities such as panel display, viewer, editor, command execution, basic file operations, and the built-in Tetris game. To ensure licensing purity during the porting process, all traces of the code of the original Turbo Vision library from Borland were removed. Instead, a modern C version of TVision rewritten in Pascal is used. The encoding inside is still single-byte due to limitations of the source architecture. Necromancer DOS Navigator faces the same problem. In a separate branch, utf8-inside, there is a translation to utf8.
