SystemRescue 13.0 Distribution Launched

The latest version of SystemRescue, version 13.0, has been released. SystemRescue is a specialized Live distribution based on Arch Linux, specifically designed for system recovery after a failure. The graphical environment used is Xfce. The iso image size for the release is 1.3 GB for amd64 architecture.

One of the new features in this release is a script that allows users to change the zoom level for screens with high pixel density. Additionally, an issue with displaying fonts that were too small in the console on HiDPI screens has been resolved. The package now includes the fatsort and nss-mdns packages, as well as the new yq utility for processing files in YAML, XML, and TOML formats. The iotop utility written in Python has been replaced by iotop-c. Furthermore, the Linux kernel has been updated to branch 6.18, whereas the previous release shipped with branch 6.12. Updated versions of bcachefs 1.37.3 and GParted 1.8.1 are also included in this release.
