Basalt SPO company has recently released a new distribution called Simply Linux 11.0, which is built on the 11th platform of Alt. This distribution offers a simple system with a classic desktop based on XFCE, providing a fully Russified interface and applications, making it easy to use for both individuals and legal entities. The distribution is distributed under a license agreement that allows for unrestricted use of the system but does not transfer the right to distribute the distribution. Simply Linux 11.0 is available for architectures X86_64 and AARCH64.

- Replacement of the Sound server Pulseaudio with Multimedia server Pipewire
- Addition of a hybrid sleep mode in power control settings
- Inclusion of tools to configure user input screen design, Bluetooth connections, and Wi-Fi during system installation
- Added tools for system backup and recovery with timeshift
- Use of seahorse for encryption and password control
