Video the occupied territories of the Ukrainian oblasts of Kherson and Zaporijia, as well as the “People’s Republic of Donetsk” and the “People’s Republic of Louhansk” were officially annexed by Russia, Friday, September 30, during a speech Pronounced at the Kremlin by Vladimir Putin.
After the holding of referendums in four Ukrainian regions partly occupied by the Russian armed forces, the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, formalized the annexation of these territories. It is the “People’s Republic of Donetsk”, the “People’s Republic of Louhansk”, as well as the occupied areas of the oblasts of Zaporijia and Kherson.
