This trophy results from the vote of the professionals cited in the Michelin guide, at the call of this magazine, for those who have “best represented the profession during the year 2022”.

This discreet Norman who heads the establishment with his wife, Marielle Droisneau, in theaters, was put under the spotlight on the occasion of the Michelin Guide ceremony in March. It is little present on Instagram and culinary events, and its attitude is the opposite of the majority in the environment, where media coverage and social networks are considered by most established chiefs and rising stars as an element of survival .

“A home stay”
