Russia: fifteen people die in a collision between a minibus and two trucks

Fifteen people were killed on Sunday, August 21, in a collision between a minibus and two trucks in the Russian region of Oulianovsk (Volga), Russian news agencies reported. According to witnesses cited by these agencies, a truck is out of its way, colliding with a minibus which was traveling in the opposite direction, near the village of Nikolaïevka. At the time of the accident, the minibus was also struck at the back by another truck.

According to images broadcast by the Russian television channel Ren TV, the minibus was almost entirely flattened by the two trucks.

The accident cost the lives of 15 people, Kazakh citizens, said the emergency services cited by the Russian public agency Ria Novosti. Three other people have been hospitalized in a serious state, wrote on Telegram the governor of the region of Oulianovsk, Alexei Rousskikh.
