A small delegation of French investigators, including forensic physicians, should soon be at work in the kyiv region. After the discovery of civilians executed by soldiers, especially in Bindcha, France offered its help to contribute to the atrocity investigations that occurred during the Russian occupation.

French support will also be able to take the form of information, which is essential for advancing the investigations and seek people suspected of committing crimes. France is broken on this kind of cooperation with the ICC: it is the main contributor of its various investigations in Africa.
