At the base of Lakka is the emulator of game consoles retroarch , which provides emulation wide spectrum devices and supports such advanced opportunities as multi -user games, maintaining the condition, improving the quality of the image of old games in Helpers of Shaaders, rewinding the game back, hot connection of gamepads and video streaming. Among the emulated consoles: Atari 2600/7800/Jaguar/Lynx, Game Boy, Mega Drive, Nes, Nintendo 64/DS, PCENGINE, PSP, Sega 32X/CD, Supernes, etc. Gampads from existing game consoles are supported, including PlayStation 3, Dualshock 3, 8Bitdo, Nintendo Switch, Xbox 1 and Xbox360.

In the new issue:

  • Retroarch package is updated to the version of 1.10.3 .
  • Updated versions of emulators and game engines. The composition includes a new A5200 engine based on Libretro. In the Race engine, problems are solved while maintaining the condition on the ARM platform.
  • Mesa package is updated to version 22.0.2.
  • For devices with Amlogic chips by default, a composite output on TV settings is disabled.
  • Added tool support for creating Ventoy loading USB carriers.
