The operating center of the objects of ground-based space infrastructure (Cennie, is part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) takes part in the pilot project of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation to attract citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement temporary work in the construction industry.
In the framework of the project implementation, negotiations were held in Tashkent, following which the Cenci and the Labor Migration Agency under the Ministry of Employment and Labor Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan concluded an agreement. The agreed agreements include the involvement of Uzbek citizens from the number of qualified workers’ specialties for work at the facilities of housing and social infrastructure of the cosmograde Tsiolkovsky. Competitive selections among builders have already passed in several regions of Uzbekistan.
In the structure of Cennie, the center of engineering and construction management, the divisions of which will be further reinforced with new qualified workers for the rapid and high-quality construction of houses for employees of the Eastern cosmodrome and their families.
Recall that the pilot project of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 6, 2021 No. 1694) is aimed at optimizing the mechanism of importation to Russia of labor migrants, the qualification selection of specialists, taking into account the claimed need for employers, as well as Conducting procedures necessary to arrive and work of foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation.
