US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken made the restoration of arrangements on the rockets of medium and less distance in Europe as part of negotiations with Russia, TASS reports.
Earlier Blinken stated that in Washington, breakthroughs from the upcoming negotiations with Russia on security were not waiting.
Russian-American consultations will be held in Geneva on January 9-10. Then scheduled meeting of the Council Russia – NATO in Brussels and consultations in Vienna at the OSCE Playground.
