Lukashenko declared desire of rebels in Kazakhstan to weaken situation in Russia

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that the rebels in Kazakhstan wanted to destabilize the situation around the perimeter of Russia to weaken it. His words leads BelTA.
