The proposals of Russia for security guarantees are not a threat, it is only a warning. The deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Alexander Grushko said this in an interview with the Kommersant newspaper.
“We are not talking about ultimatums, nor about threats from our side. We do not threaten anyone. We are warning,” the diplomat told.
Grushko called the position of the Russian side understandable and predictable. “And we clearly outlined it, now we are waiting for the same honest reaction,” concluded a deputy minister.
