Austria: an obligatory vaccination of citizens over 18 years old

In Austria, in early February, it starts a mandatory vaccination against coronavirus, which will cover the entire adult population. Such a statement during a press conference was made by the Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer, his words leads TASS.

During the event, the policies announced the relevant bill and stressed that making vaccinations plan to all citizens older than 18 years old. It is noted that the initiative can enter into force only after the majority of deputies of the two ruling parties will be supported. Voting is scheduled for January 20.

In the past, the country’s government argued that the vaccination from COVID-19 would be mandatory for each Austrian over 14 years old.
