Continuous monitoring of liquids levels by means of the “messenger” system on remote storage facilities will prevent technogenic accidents and unlawful actions. The high accuracy of measurements in open and closed tanks will allow promptly fixing the critical readings and take timely measures.
The “death ecologist” can be used not only with artificial tanks, but also to monitor the water level in natural and artificial reservoirs. This will help prevent such dangerous phenomena as flooding.
On the satellite channels of the Racing system, these measurements go to the monitoring centers. Moreover, devices allow remotely to receive information from monitoring objects in any, even the most remote areas.
