The complaint filed to the National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office (PNAT) of France. One of the victims – Ahmad Mansur, who accused Ar-Raisi in torture through the non-governmental organization “Center for Human Rights in the Persian Gulf Countries” (GCHR).

According to the center, now the head of Interpola is in French Lyon (there is a headquarters), which should be enough to launch the judicial procedure in France. Advanced charges exclude the use of diplomatic immunity, under the protection of which the heads of Interpol are located since 2008. According to human rights defenders, the French authorities should immediately begin investigation.

ABC News reminded that GCHR has already filed a complaint against Ar-Raish, but it was rejected: then he did not live in the territory of France.
