In the workshop of the coatings of the Scientific and Production Association “Energomash” named after Academician V.P. Glushko (part of the state corporation “Roskosmos”) continues the introduction of a system of automated registration of technological processes (SARP TP). The project is pilot in the industry and is implemented in conjunction with the Moscow Aviation Institute.
During the project, the analysis of technological processes has already been carried out and the parameters that have the greatest impact on quality are allocated. In addition, software has been created for collecting and registering parameters at the production site. Now in the workshop, MAE specialists are completing the installation of sensors in galvanic baths and debug their interaction with the program.
According to Yuri Ponomareva, Energomash is waiting for the next stage of the project – this is a comprehensive test test tests, training for employees of the workshop by MAI specialists on the practical use of the SARP TP system and enter it into trial operation. Upon receipt of the expected effect on quality after the implementation of SARP TP, the issue of the introduction of such a system to other technological production of NGO Energomash and, possibly, other rocket engineering enterprises.
