In Germany, there is an increase in anti-Semitism, and the German government takes measures to combat this phenomenon. This was told about the permanent deputy ambassador of Germany in Russia Beat Gzhesska, RIA Novosti reports.

During the press conference dedicated to the International Day of Memory of the victims of the Holocaust, the diplomat noted the importance of such events dedicated to the tragedy that occurred with the Jewish people during the Second World War. She noted that due to the growth of anti-Semitism in some countries, the international community should be vigilant.

“The memory of these crimes can help that in the society of our countries the strength of resistance to man demonstrate, because the danger of slipping into such crimes on the soil of hatred, unfortunately, and today can not be excluded,” said Gzhesski.

Earlier, a team of historians and criminologists under the leadership of the former Agent of FBI Visa Pancuke established a likely traitor to the Jewish girl of Anna Frank, who died during the Holocaust. Researchers believe that a member of the Nazi could give them to the Nazis (the body of the Jewish self-government in the ghetto – approx. “Tape.ru”), notary Arnold van der Berg.
