According to the specialist, the new strain is more contagiable compared to other variants of the virus, while it causes less severe symptoms. The most common of them are headache, runny nose and sore throat.
Also contaminated by Omicron-strain coronavirus complain of severe fatigue, elevated temperature, “fog” in the brain, loking in the body and night sweating.
Earlier in January, scientists from the United States and Japan reported that the omicron-strain of the coronavirus can cause less severe course of the disease, as it smoothes less lungs than other options for strains. During the experiments, it turned out that the oomikron strain strikes predominantly the upper respiratory tract – the nose and the nasochlorination, and it applies to the lungs much less often than other options for coronavirus infection.
