According to the results of a sociological study, published on January 6, the project supports 70 percent of the population in the east of Germany and 57 percent in the western part of the country. 28 percent of German citizens spoke.
In the summer of 2021, it became known that 75 percent of the Germans spoke against the new US sanctions on the construction of the North Stream-2 gas pipeline. Also, more than 60 percent of German inhabitants made up the improvement of relations between the European Union and Russia.
