Professor of the Institute of World Economy and Business of the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples (RUDN), Doctor of Economic Sciences Zhanna Golodova reminded that in 2022 pensions will increase the categories of Russians. She told the Agency “Prime”, to whom from January 1, there were increased payments.
The economist noted that non-working pensioners who worked in rural areas for more than 30 years will be able to receive a premium to the pension even when moving. Also, the pension bonus can receive citizens who until 1992 worked in Russian collective farms, but they should live in rural areas.
Golodova stressed that in 2022, pensions are planned to be indexed three times, the increase will affect different groups of pensioners. The first purchase was carried out automatically from January 1, 2022 after indexing all insurance pensions by 5.9 percent. “This means that the fixed part will increase to 6,401 rubles. The second increase – in April 2022 – a more significant indexation of social pensions – by 7.7 percent,” explained the Doctor of Economic Sciences.
In addition, a specialist recalled that in 2022 they will also increase the extra charge to pensions of 80-year-old citizens and disabled I group, which is 100 percent of the fixed part, now it will be equal to 6,401 ruble. According to her, this year it is planned to increase pensions of military pensioners, former employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSIN and Rosgvardia.
The economist suggested that the increase may also touch the pensioners who worked in the coal industry, civil aviation (members of flight crews of aircraft), the heroes of the USSR and the Russian Federation, the heroes of socialist labor, persons awarded the Order of the Fame of Three degrees. According to the hunger, the surcharge will also grow for the “Northern” experience: for 15 years of experience in the extreme north, 3 201 rubles will pay, for 20 years of experience in the territories equal to it – 1 920 rubles.
Earlier in January, Professor of the Department of Finance and Prices of RES named after GV Plekhanova Julia Finogenova spoke about the growth of Russian pensions in the new 2022. The financier reported that the cost of 1 IPC will increase to calculate the level of the insurance pension to 104.69 rubles, fixed payment, in turn, will be 6401 rubles.
