The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharov said that the Union State is important to defend from information threats from the outside, which have long been not even threats, and the consequence of direct aggression against Moscow and Minsk. She stated this on the air of the Belross TV channel, RIA Novosti reports.
According to her, two countries also need to develop new media. The Russian diplomat stressed that this will require a legislative framework, the interaction of various departments and the union bodies. She noted that it is necessary to develop and available resources, but not by the residual principle, but, on the contrary, tighten the modern forms of communication.
In the same interview, Zakharov called one of the main outcomes of the outgoing year. According to her, this result was the restoration of life, which “almost collapsed” in 2020 due to a pandemic. “On the basis of my feelings, the twenty-first year passed under the recovery sign,” she stressed. The Russian diplomat also noted that it turns out to overcome falnial sentiment of 2020.
