Special Representative of the President of Russia for Relations with International Organizations on Sustainable Development Affairs Anatoly Chubais called the most important achievement of the country in 2021. “We did not have goal setting in power transfers until 2021, today we have in an absolutely recognized international format, and this is one of the most important achievements of the outgoing year,” said Chubais. In his opinion, this is the largest project that will change the country in the XXI century.
Also, Chubais also said that the revolution in the energy industry would be a reason for the emergency change of world elites. In his opinion, global country regrouping and a new leader list will be formed no later than the late 2020s in the world. Next, he believes, these countries will go into a gap and remain inaccessible in the XXI and, possibly, the XXII century.
In mid-October, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia should reach carbon neutrality by 2060. The government has developed a strategy of socio-economic development, which provides for a decrease in emissions in sustainable economic growth.
