Fallen soldier who escaped to Belarus sentenced to prison

Polish military serviceman Emil Chechko, who escaped to Belarus, sentenced to imprisonment for a period of six months. Such a sentence made a district court of the Polish city of Olsztyn, writes Pap.

He was recognized as guilty of bullying over his own mother, who continued at least a year, from August 2020 to September 2021. The conflict began after Chechko moved to his mother, in her one-room apartment. According to investigators, the soldiers regularly abused alcohol, forcing the mother to buy a drink and cigarettes, forbade her to use the only room in the apartment and beat her.

In addition, the Armed Forces of Poland accuse Chechko in desertion, for which he threatens the military tribunal.
