The appearance of the new Russian-made weapon was revealed on a slide dedicated to the complex of preparation of aviation means of defeat “Oka-E-1”, with which several types of missiles are operating.
When and where exactly the specified image was published, it was not reported. The exact modification of the rocket on the slide is also not specified.
Earlier, on December 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the host launch of Zircon’s hypersonic missiles. He noted that this rocket is a newest development, which can be directed both on the marine and terrestrial targets. The head of state considered this weapon “essential step in improving the security and defense capability of Russia.”
