Honor has disclosed information about its first folding smartphone. This is reported by the Edition Huawei Central.
The Chinese company published a gadget teaser on his YouTube Channel, demonstrating the design of the future device called Honor Magic V. The video device is presented on the side of which we can conclude that the gadget will receive the folding form factor. “This is the first folding flagman Honor,” – clarified in the video.
Despite the fact that the Corporation has shown the first video with the device, it does not disclose the characteristics and does not call the exact duration of the release of the device. According to sources of publication, Honor Magic V will receive a flexible eight-dame screen created by Boe and Visionox companies. On the back of the phone will be located an additional display by 6.5 inches. Also flagship will have a top processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
“Honor CEO argues that Magic V will become a premium folding smartphone and will appear on the market in 2022,” the authors noted.
In early October, the sources reported that Honor could release the first folding smartphone until the end of the year. Insiders said that plans to introduce a folding smartphone existed even at a time when Honor was under the control of Huawei.
