From Plesetsk cosmodrome, a launch of Angara-A5 missile

Space troops of the Russian Academy of Sciences of Russia held on Monday, on December 27, 2021, the third test launch of the heavy-carrier bandwidth “hangar-A5” with a mass-mass load of the payload from the Plesetsk cosmodrome, reported in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Several minutes later, the orbital block separated from the third stage. Further removal of the orbital block on the target geostationary orbit will be carried out using an accelerated unit according to a typical nine-hour three-bit diagram with four inclusions of the accelerated block of the acceleration unit.

Roskosmos State Corporation congratulates military-space forces and the entire Russian space industry (the team of the Khrunichev Center, NGO Energomash, NPC AP, Cennie) with a successful test launch of the Angara-A5 carrier missile with an accelerated new generation unit!

This flight showed that the tests of the Angara rocket develop exactly according to plan. Next year, it is expected to complete the construction of the starting table for carriers of this type on the East spaceport. Aven a year later – her first start with a new Russian cosmodrome!
