The Bank of Russia does not plan to introduce new reporting for banks to control the operations of individuals, transfers TASS.
The regulator noted that it is about counteracting payments that are conducted by illegal business to illegal online casinos and Finiramids. “We plan to collect impersonal data from those banks that provide P2P services payments exclusively if there are risk of using their platforms for illegal operations of online casino and bookmakers,” they told in the Central Bank.
So the Bank of Russia reacted to the information about the taking under the control of all the money transfers of Russians, which previously wrote RBC. The publication argued that the regulator would control all transfers of funds between individuals, requesting information on them from banks, including personal data.
