The draft amendments and additions to the Constitution of Belarus for National Discussion is published. The document appeared on the website of the State Agency BelTA.
It is noted that the date of the referendum will be announced immediately after the discussion. The National Center for Legal Information Conducts coordination of work on the collection and generalization of citizens’ responses on the draft amendments and additions to the Constitution.
The draft of the new Constitution, in particular, excludes military aggression for its part against other states. In addition, it is proposed to ban the financing of elections by foreign citizens and organizations.
