Paralyzed American was able to write tweets of thoughts

62-year-old American with progressive paralysis wrote tweets by force of thought – thanks to the chip implanted into the brain. Publication appeared in twitter Thomas Oxley, heads of the American startup Synchron.

“Do not need keys or voice input. I was able to create this tweet, just thinking about it,” wrote a paralyzed man. It is reported that in 2020, Synchron was granted a device in his brain, allowing people with paralysis to interact with electronics (for example, driving the mouse cursor), just thinking about it. American has already learned to order goods on the Internet.

Earlier, an American inventor and entrepreneur Ilon Mask revealed the approximate cost of chipping people. The businessman explained that at first the price would be quite high, but will soon decrease. He expressed the hope that the cost drops to several thousand dollars, including the surgical operation in automatic mode.
