In the starting complex for the rocket carrier of the heavy class “Angara” specialists of the contract organization “Industrial technologies” under the guidance of the center of exploitation of objects of land-based space infrastructure (Cenni, enters the state corporation “Roskosmos”) completed the installation of the reference device of the cable tower.
The reference device consists of two supports located on both sides of the gas reproductive. Currently they are installed in the project position.
In January 2022, it is planned to start installing the first floor of the cable-filling tower. The components of the four floors of the tower were delivered to the place of work by the forces of the Space Center for Transport Logistics of the Space Center “East” (a branch of Tenni, enters Roscosmos).
Cable-filling tower of the Cosmary Rocket Complex “Amur” is designed to accommodate equipment and communications, systems and assemblies of the starting complex, as well as to ensure the wind hold of the Angara rocket and access specialists to the carrier service areas installed on the start-up table. Tower height – 66 m (17 floors), weight – about 3000 tons.
