China’s friendly relations with Russia will not weaken, regardless of the situation in the international arena. Such a statement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China Van and, writes TASS.
He stressed that the two countries are “cohesy as a rock”, and the Chinese-Russian friendship transmitted from generation to generation will always be strong. According to the head of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, Beijing plans to support equal mutually beneficial relationships with Moscow, to protect global peace and stability together.
“Our countries have become a classic example of the formation of mutually rigorous relations between great powers,” he said, noting that the partnership between China and Russia successfully increased numerous tests.
Earlier, Russian Ambassador to the United States Anatoly Antonov expressed the opinion that the international political situation pushes Russia and China to strengthen the strategic partnership. At the same time, the diplomat emphasized, unlike the United States and their allies on NATO, Russia and the PRC do not pursue any geopolitical plans and goals for any sovereign state.
