The initiator of creating a new software was the Indo-Pacific Command of the US Armed Forces. The program was presented on Tuesday, December 14, during a visit to Hawaii Deputy Minister of Defense Kathleen Hicks.
She said that this program would be able to calculate “strategic disagreements”, it examines the data from the beginning of 2020 and evaluates important actions that influence the US and PRC relations. Computer system will help the Pentagon to predict – whether certain actions will cause an excessive reaction of China.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during a visit to Indonesia stated that the consequences of the conflict of America and China could be disastrous for all participants. According to him, Washington is firmly intended to prevent the cultivation of rivalry with Beijing to a possible conflict.
