Thousands of drug addicts in Kabul sent for treatment

The representative of the department Said Host said that citizens were determined by the hospital named Ibn Sina. “We accelerated the process of collecting addicts and in the coming days to begin this process in other provinces to reduce their number,” he indicated. According to the publication, the hospital in the capital of Afghanistan is only calculated per thousand beds, but its capacity has been increased three times. According to the chief physician of the hospital Ahmad Zahir Saltani, the decision to treat drug addicts in the hospital was accepted as part of the fight against drug trafficking before the onset of cold weather in the country.
