Allegedly an African strain was infected with a German citizen who recently returned from a trip to South Africa. The post was confirmed by the Minister for Social Affairs from the Earth (German analogue of the Russian Region – approx. “Trent.ru”) Hesse Kai Claze.
“Several mutations characteristic of Oomikron were found last night at the citizen returned from South Africa. The patient is insulated at home,” wrote Claise on Twitter on the current development situation. He added that scientists have not yet been fully deciphered by a sample of a virus.
Oomikron was already found in Europe on November 26. The first European country, where the presence of a new strain was confirmed, was Belgium.
