Course Bitcoin collapsed 26 November

Bitcoin collapsed five percent on the background of falling prices for oil and currencies. This is evidenced by COINDESK data.

The price of the most popular cryptocurrency dropped below 55 thousand dollars (up to 54.3 thousand dollars). At 12:51 Moscow time, Bitcoin trades at 54.9 thousand dollars. This is a minimum from mid-October. Capitalization of cryptocurrency decreased to 1.05 trillion dollars.

Earlier it was reported that oil prices collapsed on November 26 after the appearance of news about the dissemination of a new strain of coronavirus B.1.1.529, found in Botswana, South Africa and Hong Kong. Brent’s oil has lost 5.17 percent at the moment, dropping from 82.25 to 78 dollars per barrel. Investors fear that the spread of a new strain will slow down economic growth and will lead to new locomotives worldwide.

World stock markets collapsed due to a new strain. The indices of the leading stock exchange of Russia, South Korea, Japan, China and Europe have fallen.
