The sale of pyrotechnic products in the republic was permitted by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of December 4, 2021 No. 688, which entered into force on the day of its official publication.
Trafficking in pyrotechnics was prohibited in Belarus on August 11, 2020. The corresponding resolution was made after the participants in the mass protests began after the elections of the President of the country began to apply fireworks and firemen in response to the actions of the security forces using rubber bullets, light grenades and grenades with tear gas.
