US is ready to remove sanctions from Iran, reaching against a joint comprehensive action plan (IVPD). This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the statement of the United States Permanent Representative for the UN Linda Tomas Greenfield as part of Assession of the UN Security Council.
According to her, US President Joe Biden expressed Washington’s readiness to return to the conditions of the Iranian nuclear transaction until Iran behave the same way.
“We are fully prepared to remove sanctions that do not meet our commitments within the framework of the UNDPD, which will allow Iran to receive economic benefits provided for by the transaction,” the diplomat said.
Previously, the Deputy Head of the Russian Foreign Ministry Sergey Ryabkov said that the United States “will shoot himself in his leg” if sanctions against Iran are growing.
