Rosneft, Ufa State Oil Technical University (UGNTU) and one of the leading universities of the PRC – the University of Qinghua under the III of the Russian-Chinese Energy Business Forum signed an agreement on cooperation in training.
Training and development of personnel are priority tasks provided for by the Rosneft-2022 strategy. The company provides its employees with opportunities for continuous improvement of professional and personal skills and competencies.
The Unified Corporate Training System “Rosneft” covers all categories of personnel and business directions. For training, teachers are attracted by teachers of the best Russian and foreign universities, educational and consulting companies. Training programs are adapted to the current and strategic tasks of the company.
Cooperation agreement on training with the University of Qinghua and UGNTU provides for the possibility of organizing training employees of the company for joint educational programs, including those directions such as decarbonization and reduction of carbon trace, administration and management of digital projects, digitalization, management of scientific technical and innovative activities.
Agreement also provides for the possibility of joint “round tables”, internships, meetings and conferences. For the implementation of the Agreement on a parity basis, a joint working group will be created.
