In Minsk, they declared the absence of a threat from migrants. About this Secretary of State of the Security Council of Belarus, Alexander Wolfovich, reported in an interview with TV channel “SVT” on November 28.
According to Wolfovich, an attempt to break the border by refugees was a protective reaction “brought to the despair of people”, and they should not be afraid. “People drove with normal, peaceful goals where they were called – to Germany, the United Kingdom, to Europe. They go there and run, trying to find ways to achieve their goal. To say that they pose a threat to Belarus, I would not”, – Noted politician.
He also added that such a reaction of migrants in response to the light grenades of Polish security forces is predictable. “I put myself at the place of any man: If a wife and child were located nearby, in which the light pomegranate was flying, which hurt gas, I would not only take a stick and stone,” he said.
Earlier it was reported that migrants, most of which are men from Iraq and Afghanistan, raised the riot in the guarded center for foreigners. According to Polish media, hundreds of illegal immigrants in Vendry went to the site before the center building, began to spoil the equipment and beat the glass. At the same time, they shouted that the purpose of their arrival to Europe is Germany.
