The placement of US nuclear weapons in Poland will increase the country’s status in the international arena and will become a way to intimidate Russia. This opinion was expressed by the former senator and a European Parliament deputy from Warsaw Bogdan Penk, transfers Polskie Radio.
Penk was hoping that Washington would expand military presence in Poland. “We must increase the defense potential so that Russia becomes unprofitable to attack us,” said ERBUTAT. According to him, the Republic needs to be armed in order for the losses of the Russian side from a possible invasion of its territory too high.
