A promising combat helicopter will be able to fly without the participation of the pilot. Features of the Russian helicopter of the future described the general director of the holding “Helicopters of Russia” of the State Corporation “Rosex” Andrei Boginsky in an interview with TASS.
“The car of the future, first of all, should be optionally manned: both unmanned, and the pilotable version,” said Boginsky, answering the question about the combat helicopter of the future.
The head of the “helicopters of Russia” noted that in a promising helicopter, the interaction between manned, unmanned vehicles and ground control points is important. He also stressed that the impact car should receive unified weapons systems that can be used on other aircraft.
Boginsky noted that the forms of promising combat helicopters may differ from the usual constructions today.
