The former candidate for the post of President of Belarus Svetlana Tikhanovskaya called the condition for the Dialogue of the European Union (EU) with the current head of the republic Alexander Lukashenko. She spoke in a briefing on the results of the conference held in Vienna, dedicated to the resolution of the Belarusian political crisis, the press service policy.
Tikhanovskaya called on the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the European Union to refrain from any contacts with Minsk until the Belarusian authorities free all political prisoners. She also added that he did not see sense in cooperation with the Lukashenko regime, since he could not be trusted.
At the same time, the oppositionist emphasized that the only possible way to resolve the political crisis in the republic remains a dialogue.
Previously, Alexander Lukashenko called its condition to start a dialogue with Svetlana Tikhanovskaya.
