Percentage of fined on work of Russians

Study of the service “Work.ru” called the percentage of Russians who were fined at work. Thus, a third of the respondents (38 percent) came across cash recovers worth up to a thousand rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

Most of the respondents (62 percent) did not meet such practices in the companies where they worked. Of those who ended up with her, 33 percent received fines themselves, the rest answered that it did not touch them personally.

63 percent of respondents called the amount of recovery to one thousand rubles, the fifth part (19 percent) – from one to three thousand, every tenth – from three to five thousand, only eight percent were fined in the amount of more than five thousand rubles.

Among the reasons why the employer could appoint a fine, the Russians called the inadequate performance of official duties (42 percent), finding (38 percent), security violations (26 percent), shortage (20 percent), improper communication with customers (14 percent) and discrepancy between the dress code (nine percent).

At the same time, 57 percent of the respondents did not know about the prohibition of cash fines for employees under labor legislation. Less than half (43 percent) noted that they own this information.

Previously, 37 percent of the participants in the Superjob service studies spoke about a high level of daily stress at work. Only 6 percent of Russians do not have stress at work at all, 8 percent declared a very low stress level, 12 percent noted low stress, 35 percent – a medium-level stress, 20 percent – a high level of stress. At the same time, almost every fifth (17 percent) declared a very high level of stress, and 2 percent of respondents found it difficult to answer.
