US universities take many discriminatory programs in which only women can participate. Professor of the University of Michigan-Flint, Economist Mark Perry in a conversation with “Tape.ru” caught American educational institutions in the discrimination of men.
The scientist said that the universities of the United States provide much more advantages to women and minority representatives. We are talking about scholarships, grants, financing research, monetary assistance, for which the male part of the campus cannot claim.
Perry concluded that in modern higher education there are very hypocritical dual standards. “The administration does not tolerate discrimination against women, but approves and actually authorizes discriminatory programs against men,” he stressed. The scientist noted that on average in American universities there are 60-70 special scholars for girls, and most often none for young people.
