US universities caught in discrimination of men

US universities take many discriminatory programs in which only women can participate. Professor of the University of Michigan-Flint, Economist Mark Perry in a conversation with “Tape.ru” caught American educational institutions in the discrimination of men.

The scientist said that the universities of the United States provide much more advantages to women and minority representatives. We are talking about scholarships, grants, financing research, monetary assistance, for which the male part of the campus cannot claim.

Perry concluded that in modern higher education there are very hypocritical dual standards. “The administration does not tolerate discrimination against women, but approves and actually authorizes discriminatory programs against men,” he stressed. The scientist noted that on average in American universities there are 60-70 special scholars for girls, and most often none for young people.

August 30 became known that the Police Management of the British Metro will create a gender-neutral uniform for its employees to avoid discrimination. The Sun edition reported that previous form of form developed for men and women could violate the law on equality of 2010, as they did not provide for individual sets of clothing for non-biorenic and gender-fluid officers.

The radicalization of feminism has become one of the central themes of the project “Renta.ru” called “The Problem of the First World”. Materials are combined with the theme of the crisis of liberal values in the Western world and split in society. They are talking about how the ideas of freedom and universal equality turn into a tool of oppression, and the struggle for the rights of some groups of people turns into the placelessness of others.
