Russia will start supplying electricity to Kazakhstan

Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that Russia would start exporting electricity to Kazakhstan. The conditions of these supplies will later determine the commercial companies, transfers TASS.

“Agreement has been reached that such electricity supplies will be, but commercial conditions must be provided. The conditions will be worked out between commercial companies,” Novak emphasized.

According to the Russian Deputy Prime Minister, at a meeting with Kazakhstan Prime Minister Askar Mamin on November 15, they discussed not only the opportunity to supply electricity, but also other issues of cooperation in the fuel and energy field, including the issues of the oil and gas industry.

Earlier it was reported that Russia decided to save Kazakhstan from the energy crisis. The Russian company “Inter RAO” was collected from November to launch commercial electricity supplies to Kazakhstan, where the collapse is predicted due to the development of cryptocurrency farms. According to some estimates, the deficit in Kazakhstan reaches about 600 megawatts in peak watches.
