According to Lavrov, the decision to recognize the vaccination “satellite V” is delayed, but the topic is on control.

Previously, Lavrov said that Moscow proposed France to discuss the exit from a dead end in relations with the European Union (EU). The minister also pointed out that the negotiations in the “2 + 2” format did not use sharp corners. He added that Russia appreciates the president of France Emmanuel Macron to build relationships.
