Employees of the company “Information satellite systems” named after academician M.F. Reshetnyova “(ISS, is part of the state corporation” Roskosmos “) are trained in the presidential program of training management personnel.
In the framework of the presidential program, eleven decishers take place professional retraining in the Siberian Federal University. Nine are engaged in the program “Management of Organization Development Projects”. Two more – for the first time this year – the company “ISS” sent for training in the direction of “Business Analytics in the Organization Management”.
Specialists of the company receive new knowledge in economics, management, marketing, logistics, personnel politics and other areas. Classes are organized in full-time and remote formats and are held from October 2021 to June 2022. According to the results of training, the reshetnyov will fulfill qualifying work on the subject of the activity of the satellite-containing company.
ISS company participates in the presidential program since 1998. During this period, more than 130 employees of the enterprise became its graduates. 23 of them were foreign internship on leading space enterprises in the world.
