Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow proposed France to discuss the exit from a dead end in relations with the European Union (EU). The minister also pointed out that on the negotiations in the “2 + 2” format, the parties did not use sharp corners, passes the TASS.
Lavrov added that Russia appreciates the president of France Emmanuel Macron build relationships in a constructive key.
The Russian Foreign Minister also declared the NATO aggressive policy against Moscow, the latter deployment of additional forces in the Black Sea water area is also considered.
The meeting took place on November 12 in Paris. It was attended by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Defense Sergey Shoigu, the French side was represented by the Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Yves Drian and Minister of Armed Forces Flores Parley.
