US: refuted messages about attack on Iran in Oman Gulf

Pentagon representatives denied reports that US forces arranged an attack on the oil tanker in the Oman bay owned by Iran. This is reported by Sky News Arabia with reference to sources in the US Department of Defense.

Details of what happened is not disclosed. Sources of the TV channel in Washington added that Tehran himself regularly attacks other countries tankers. So, Iran allegedly attacked the vessel, held under the flag of Vietnam, October 24th.

On November 3, Iranian TV channel Irinn reported. According to his reports, the American warship stopped the tanker, and his crew began overloading oil to another tanker. The happening described as an attempt to Washington “Steal Iranian Oil.”
