Parliament accused the ministry in the “dilution of money” and not fulfilling the program of supply of military equipment. “Despite the numerous revisions of defense procurement over the past 35 years, the Committee on Budgetary Control in its current report declares that the Ministry of Defense” does not study on its mistakes “,” said in the statement.
The Committee indicated that she intends to take action to change the situation. The Chairman of the Committee Meg Hiller noted that the Parliament is still waiting for explanations from the Ministry of Defense, as last year’s additional funding for the defense budget will be used to close “Financial Holes”.
Previously, the British company Rheinmetall Bae Systems Land (RBSL), which signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the country presented a demonstration sample of the modified Tank Challenger 3 on the defense exhibition DSEI-2021.
